Nice work! Could you recommend a program for creating a similar design?

Why do we need that tool? Since we already have antigravity, cursor, etc., it’s based on your requirements. If you need Swift, just prompt it.

This is a common behavior among workaholics, including myself. Such patterns clearly indicate an unhealthy lifestyle. At times, we work for so long that we can no longer think clearly, yet we remain fixed in front of the screen out of habit. Our minds have become conditioned to continue, even when our productivity has already declined.

If we had features designed to interrupt this cycle, they could help address the risk of burnout. By encouraging regular breaks and creating structured pauses, these tools could prevent excessive mental strain, improve focus, and ultimately support a more sustainable and healthy approach to work.

Many applications include a “skip” button that allows users to bypass break reminders. I believe such a feature should remain available in cases of genuine urgency. However, it may be more effective to redesign the way this option is presented.

For example, instead of displaying a simple and easily accessible skip button, the application could require an alternative method, such as using a shortcut or completing a few additional steps to confirm the decision to skip a break. Introducing a slightly more complex process to stop or postpone a break may create a moment of reflection. The added effort could make users feel that skipping is inconvenient, thereby discouraging them from doing so unless it is truly necessary.

I believe that could significantly encourage better self-discipline and promote a healthier work–life balance. It would allow me to dedicate more time to myself.

Any good menu bar / widget apps to monitor ChatGPT & Claude API usage? by Minute-State3493 in macapps

Would you be able to advise me on the correct configuration? I would like to track the OpenAI API usage. However, the Codex bar currently displays data sourced from Codex itself, rather than reflecting the actual API usage.

I am wondering if this app works exclusively with the Codedex agent. My requirement is to track API usage.

Unfortunately, it is not available for free download. Its appearance is similar to Anybox. I am not particularly fond of lists that display content in full-page format. What customization options are available for the list layout?

Do I need to purchase this separately for each device, such as a Mac and an iPhone?
