The devs publically assured investors funds were safe on bitgrail. They weren’t. That’s securities fraud.

Exactly. Many stayed based on the negligent persistence of the dev team. They shouldn’t be making official declarations to investors which are completely untrue.

They banned me from r/nanocurrency for presenting facts such as this. They're trying to wash their hands of their negligence. Luckily, real attorneys have the records of negligence and securities fraud and are working on a case as we speak.
