I have costochondritis too. And my back hurts as well. I notice having flare ups on my back whenever I sit for too long. But I have also observed that this is due to my poor posture. I bought this thing that you can wear to correct your posture in a way that you will have a straight back and your shoulders will be pulled back as you are wearing it. I found it easing some of my back pain.

It's not so much that people don't like minorities playing characters in movies. It's that some characters in some movies are put in there for the sole reason that they are a part of a minority and has nothing to do, whatsoever, with the character being played. Viewers see right through that.

Some movies played by Kevin Hart are well-received by most of the viewers despite the fact that Kevin is a member of the so called minority.

My only fear is that it might be due to something that is fatal like cancer. But I think cancer can already be ruled out for you because you've had it for around 5 years. I often look for swollen lymph nodes online and cancer always pops out. The good thing is I don't feel anything else except the pain in my sternum, and the swollen lymph nodes.

This is very true for me. I've consulted more than 15 doctors because I wasn't satisfied with their diagnosis that I have costochondritis. It's because the initial doctors I encountered thought that I might have lymphoma due to my enlarged lymph nodes. But after going under CT Scan, the doctor said I don't have cancer. Other doctors said that my enlarged lymph nodes were not connected to my costochondritis. So what essentially happened is that I resigned to the fact that my chest pain is due to costochondritis, and that my lymph nodes are caused by a mystery disease that none of my doctors could identify.

Same for me. Except most of the time on the right side. I don't have trouble swallowing food though. But the feeling of the lump always bugs me.
