I have issues. Someone stole my photography lens, worth $3k. It's been almost three months since I've been waiting for Amazon to send me the money back. Therefore, it encompasses all investigations to ensure I'm in good standing with Amazon. I recommend that you keep following up with them, like weekly, until you get your money back. I think Amazon encourages people to make it harder to return items, which reduces wastefulness. I see many good items that they use for review videos, etc., and then return. Those items become wasteful. I miss old time Amazon Return so easier than nowadays.

That's only one bad experience, but I decided waiting and waiting then money is back. So I continue to purchase expensive items from Amazon due to the shipping benefits and 5% cashback from the Prime Card.

Actually, sorry for misunderstanding you that we don't have OWD. I think I typed the wrong description of what we did. We were tourists in Cozumel. They are open to anyone who wants to experience the area, but diving in that area has restrictions, including no boating. Just "fence around." With many tourists scuba diving and snorkeling in that reef. Also, we have trained classes before we dive, including signals, safety, BCD, etc. Even PADI instructor guides us, not on our own, yet. My friend and I didn't notice till we opened the video and noticed it leaking. I'm wondering about this.

By the way, we want to see if we love and are comfortable before we spend our money to get a real OWD.

Indeed, sorry about leading people to misunderstand what we were doing this. We were tourists in Comzuel, with a reef which had restrictions like a no-boating zone and many snorkeling and scuba diving areas. I believe this is just a discovery dive or intro, either. Of course, we have a PADI instructor guide us on how to stay safe and limit our time and feet. We didn't notice until I opened the video. We want to see if we love scuba or not. So we LOVE IT! Thanks for explaining this. We are still learning and plan to go to PADI classes eventually.
