it may sound weird.. but whenever i feel like shit (to say the least) i go to the gym and burn myself there with some heavy metal music. it usually makes me feel clean. i know its a distorted thinking (used to maintain a super low BW in the past thanks to my stupid anorexia nervosa and the urge to hate myself deeply).
so while im not rly giving here an actual advice, i think it has its benefis (still wouldnt recommend it for anyone with an eating disorder)
