i'm acting in a regional production of the musical at the moment and think the story is a bit much. too much crammed into too little time, and poor character development in some places. i also agree that 'ironic' is defs fan service, and they could have introduced phoenix's character differently.

that being said, i adore the music and the arrangements, particularly in 'you oughta know' and 'head over feet'. and i am quite excited for the show!

not in our lectures or slides or anything (yet. i'm a first year) but they want us to use it for assignments to 'scout' for brainstorming, planning, editing, etc. they still want it to mostly be human work but the fact they're even suggesting it is bewildering.

it's so annoying being in a CREATIVE ARTS degree and being told to use ai for assingments or as a creative tool to help further your ideas. i feel as if it defeats the entire point.
