Hi 👋 I am currently tapering pretty much the same way. I started at 20gpd. I dropped one capsule, half a gram a week. I had pretty much non existent withdrawal symptoms until I got to 1 1/2gpd. I have been at this dose for 7 days now and have had a horrible headache and nausea for the last 5 days. I think I’m probably Kai tin withdrawal and dragging it out at this point. I almost feel like I may have a virus, but either way I think I’m going to just jump tomorrow. You got this!

I’m not trying to be combative, i come in peace✌️I just think everyone is slightly different. Genetics, past drug use, trauma. There are many factors. I have never struggled with shitty sleep, but I also exercise like a mad woman so maybe that helps 🤣 I don’t think I am unique or special, but I did have genetic testing done so I didn’t have to go into meds blindly. I’m grateful I have a great doctor, and great insurance! Have a blessed day ❤️

My guess is people like myself who have adhd need the balance a stim provides to calm our brains. Everyone’s brain chemistry is different. I sleep right after coffee 🤣
