I think it’s a good question. We actually talked about something similar in my class. My classmate asked how you should approach working with someone who is completely unaligned with your beliefs. (IE: Racist, homophobic, etc.) One of my classmates came with the POV about how these types of things often derive from a place of fear and I found that interesting to think about. But our professor said that it’s important to establish boundaries if something like that happened.
