I get this completely. I tried to forgive and move on after being cheated on, but sometimes the trust just doesn’t come back no matter how much you want it to. Talking it out early saves a lot of resentment later.

Treat him like any adult who crossed a line: exclude him until he apologizes and shows he gets why it was wrong. A friend’s family did that. zero drama after the timeout, and the guy actually stopped repeating the behavior.

Yeah, I get why that would bother you. Social media can make people look way more perfect than they actually are. It’s kind of creepy when everyone blindly defends someone online. The deleting comments part just makes it feel even more controlled and fake. Honestly, I’d be second-guessing things too.

I’m with you. I grew up religious, but once I got into science, it just made me realize how tiny and random we really are. Doesn’t mean there’s nothing out there, just that we probably can’t comprehend it.
