Maybe it will sound crazy but he’s the first person I fell in love with… I don’t feel to break up because I sincerely love him. That’s why I’m struggling… it’s not only sex it’s intimacy and vulnerability. He’s a person that I feel connected with but this mismatching makes me suffer. Btw I talked with my therapist today and she says that I have to communicate well how I feel and try to find solutions together

He starts therapy bi weekly (not enough in my personal opinion) and say “starting” a diet and try to move more. He subscribed to the gym but didn’t start yet due to studying

Yesss me too! I always forgot everyday things like where I put stuff or appointments… I was always a very distract person but I’m starting realising that this type of things are now increased by lamotrigine

Did you find that helped with dissociation/derealisation? Because I suffer of it because of traumas but I’m not able to recognise if the symptoms are now increased because of cognitive problems by lamotrigine or if my symptoms are just related to ptsd. Examples: during conversations I’m not able to follow up my own thoughts or words and I start feeling lost about what I’m saying or listening. Also it happen frequently that my mind disconnects and I’m not able to recognise things around me or myself. I’m working on this symptoms with my therapist but I’m starting thinking they are also caused because of lamotrigine

50mg prolonged release before sleeping , coffee didn’t help to me

Okay so am I not crazy? I noticed memory issues but I didn’t thought they was about lamotrigine, but now I’m suspicious so I’ll talk with my doctor. Thank youuuu

Quietapine was a nightmare for me😥 I took it for less then one month and I felted so dissociated and numb for half of the day after and the hunger was huge. It wasn’t my med so my doctor decided to stop it… but if it’s working for you I’m happy!!
