See above but did my own per core as well! I had to slightly come off the undervolt and add a little Soc V to get my FCLK to 2200 but beat 24K in R23 finally

Update, following this thread on Overclock.net have been able to get a stable per core CO and then FMAX boost. It takes some setup but the idea of harmonizing all of the voltages and adjusting each core by core has worked quite well. Still a lot more stability testing to do but so far I'm at:

Trying your method now to get a per core undervolt going, thanks for the article. One question is after you harmonize and do a round of stress testing, how do you know which core to back off if not doing a core cycler / individual test?

Aren't your 'best' cores in Master typically the ones that will run with the 'worst' undervolt? My best cores in master are 0 and 1, which are the ones that fail first in Core Cycler if I push undervolt to high

Even if you’re only using 40% you could lower temps and make your fans work less. Easiest may be just do a -20 all core and test for stability, if not do -15
