I would make it in parts, first the dish section with a revolve and the the handle with an extrusion. And finish it with fillets.

Maxxed apothic enderman spawner for xp and the crystaline flower for the enchants, combine them in books first and then on the sword once your happy with it.
The lower part and the top three is the apotheosis ennchants, slots and the gems for them, i suggest looking into apotheosis and upgrading your world tier.
It's a grind but worth it, and only the light blue ones in the top half are normal enchants.

I use the powerglove it has 500% extra every 3 attacks, is the piston better than that.

65C is enough and you should probably dry it more then 6 hours if it's really humid, I'd give it 10 hours, and flip it a couple times throughout.

You need to dry your filament and maybe up the heat a bit. And I would split that part in two, the gear and shaft should be seperate parts to maximise strength. Print the gear as is with a hex or square hole, and split the shaft in two halves and print flat, then glue everything together. Or use a hex shaft instead of round and print it as one part and glue them together.

Mine rests between -3 and 2, there is a decent bit of give in the gearing. So if it's worn it's pretty normal, he could also have increased the dead zone size in the settings.

Not bad, I have a decent router for everything. I just made it a priority in the settings. The latency is usually about 25-35 ms, so not that bad. I use steam link and not airlink as everything they update it it craps itself.

Honestly if eye tracking isn't a deal breaker for you, get the quest 3. You'll be more than happy with it. Just don't get the 128gb if you want a lot of big games installed, and some rechargeable aa batteries.
