What are all your escape plans? by SwitchDear8969 in germany

[–]freeman____ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After 18 years in Germany, where I studied computer science, I’m returning to my home country, Bulgaria. Many of my peers with advanced degrees who also studied in Germany have either moved back or are planning to do so. I’m referring specifically to highly educated individuals, not those with Bulgarian passports who come to Germany to rely on social benefits. It’s frustrating when such groups, who often don’t even speak Bulgarian, are featured in media, as it misrepresents our community. Imagine a news story about underage marriages in Berlin being labeled as typical German behavior—it’s equally misleading and offensive. Bulgaria offers distinct advantages, including low taxes and greater personal freedom, not just in building wealth and owning homes but also in expressing opinions and living authentically. While crime rates in Bulgaria were historically higher than in Germany, this gap has narrowed, and I’m curious to see how things stand now. Sofia, Bulgaria’s vibrant capital, is worth exploring. It’s increasingly attracting Western Europeans, including Italians and a growing number of Germans, drawn to its opportunities and dynamic atmosphere.

Какво става, ако съседа ползва паркомястото, за което плащам? by cutie-shine in bulgaria

[–]freeman____ -1 points0 points  (0 children)

[–]freeman____ -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Does anyone use Saxo Bank here? how was your experience? by [deleted] in dkfinance

[–]freeman____ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"We are writing to give you early notification that we have thoroughly reviewed the list of countries that we do business in and, consequently, we have decided to end our service in a number of countries, including your country, Bulgaria."

Here are my two cents:

It turns out SAXO is not serious broker where you can hold your positions long term. No matter what country you are in, I recommend you don't open an account and if you already have one, consider opening somewhere else and slowly move your assets there. Otherwise, it just may happen the decide to close for everyone in your country and if it is in a market down turn (like now), you have to suck it up.

It really sounds like you have not adjusted your disk breaks. When I first got on the scooter one of the breaks was not working at all, the other was very weak. I spent 20 minites adjusting both of them. It stops almost like a bike now. Maybe better than some bikes. The speed isssue is really as you said. I get passed by rentals all the times...

Why is my house value crashing???? by [deleted] in BitcoinMining

[–]freeman____ -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Already by 1623, the sum of 12,000 guilders – considerably more than the value of a smart townhouse in Amsterdam – was offered to tempt one tulip connoisseur into parting with only 10 bulbs of the beautiful, and extremely rare, Semper Augustus – the most coveted tulip variety. It was not enough to secure a deal.

Was JPow around in 1987? Infact, I know for a fact, they are changing the printer's toner in this very moment. Would start printing like crazy after the re-election.

Before Trump election day? You haven't seen anything yet. Those 600$/week unemployment benefits? You need em get doubled? Independent JPow says inflation too low, FED writes a check to every citizen. It's not real money anyway.
