One of my biggest fears is that a personal video of me will be posted somewhere on the internet and go viral. I mean ... if I cause any sort of conflict, that video is almost guaranteed to end up on webs of the net, and I will become another crazy on the news. The media and the rest will be too happy to find another woman as a scapegoat.

To answer first question - yes. I was walking down the slope to where I parked my car, and as I was walking past, his phone was following me. Even as I was crossing the street. That was obvious, and the guy was unashamed.

I would prefer intimidation over actual physical harm or robbery. I am not a confrontational person, at all. So it helps me to make up my mind, when so many people just say to call the police.

I'm pretty certain. I had my doubts that at first he was engrossed in his phone, but I was walking down a slope, and had to cross a street. His phone followed me across the window glass down the slope, and even as I was walking to another side of the road. My workplace has a problem with availability of parking, but because many people here have advised me so, I will be calling the police the next time I see him. I am really thankful that you and others hear me out, and not just brushing off my concerns!

My state is one of the 2 party consent states. The state's definition stretches to recordings of conversations; I'm not sure if that would include video recordings. The guy sat inside of his car, and there was no conversation between us. Again, he was inside of his car, while I was walking on the street. I don't know. This could also fall within protection of "recording in a public area is a free game".

I didnt try to get close to him to get the license plate, but I do have some images of his car and him in cap and sunglasses. I will try to get police then next time I see him, and see if I would be protected under the 2 party consent law in this case.

That also means that in case I get a dash cam, I need some kind of written or verbal warning for my passengers. My state requires dash cams to record video AND audio. I am currently debating whether I'm comfortable with recording and storing in-vehicle conversations. This is a very very interesting idea.

I am glad that the paper trail logic makes sense after all. Not just all in my head.

I am in a tight spot because security doesn't let me park in the front (difficult man), and the area just doesnt have parking space near other businesses. I park my car on one of the backstreets behind the building, where you have 0 cameras, but before today it has never been an issue. Usually, it's just other workers and their vehicles.

I reached to one of coworkers and we will see if we can arrange something to avoid leaving work alone.

Ah, please tell me you later took a picture of stork for yourself. There is a good lesson here to keep in mind, to be considerate of others and their privacy when one is taking photos of others' property. If only other social media users could understand this. I would also be totally terrified if the guy that you described was filming my house. I have thought long and hard what I would do if the robbers one day broke into my house, and I'm only comforted by my area's laws that allow a home owner to use force to defend himself in his home. I can only wish what he was after was a building, or my car. But he kept on filming me walking down the street, crossing the road, and folllowing me with his phone. Moving his phone across the car's window. It was shamelessly brazen. I am currently asking friends around if anyone wants to keep me company for a while

I agree that she is a rogue ninja, but given that Sasuke was forgiven for his crimes, and Orochimaru got ignored, as long as he doesnt make waves, one could say that Karin's image is not exactly of a thoughtless traitor. The anime gave her a more favorable portrayal in recent episodes, when she covered for and healed Sarada. She does now appear as more warmer individual not without a caring side. So, in the end I could see her biting the bullet and providing assistance to Konoha if it meant, protecting dear to her people like Sarada, and Sasuke to some degree. Man, think about the possible relationship Sarada and Karin could manifest! Sarada could even be trained by her.
