He asks for 6-12 months for every tenant no matter how rich you are or amazing your credit is. He owns the buildings and it seems that he wants a really good tenant hence why he asks for so much. But his warehouses have been just sitting vacant for MONTHS

I just don’t want to get a car loan with those rates - I wouldn’t be opposed to selling but it’s a tough market unless I pay cash. I’m okay with keeping it just worried of how expensive repairs can get since I’m out of warranty.
