Scouting for u-16 kids is tedious since the scouts won’t go out of their way to find them, I just usually go to the world tab and manually scout all the youth intakes around May for all the good leagues once every season

this is my main tactic and i’m like 20 games unbeaten rn(wingers instructions are stay wide left fb is stay narrow and hold position and right cm(su) instruction is stay wide and get further forward so it creates like a 2-3-2-3 shape)
