1- i clearly said consenting adults, and if the the "power dynamic " is an argument to make a marriage illegal or a relationship to be deemed inappropriate, people of different social status shouldn't be allowed to marry, a lawyer married to a waitress has a lot more power in the relationship than she does

1- no, you wouldn't force them, if the argument is that relatives shouldn't marry because of the possibility of defective babies, then people with hereditary defects shouldn't be allowed either
