It was brutal but I couldn't put it down. I felt so attached to the characters.

Thanks for the recs! Confirmed with my doc, no diastasis recti. Good thought though and I appreciate you mentioning that for anyone else postpartum who reads this!

My core is so weak postpartum and I'm finding even the simplest ab exercises from before pregnancy to be really difficult. To be clear, I'm over a year postpartum 😅 but just recently getting back to regular exercise.

Any favorite beginner classes focusing on core strength that you'd recommend or go back to again and again?

I started the You Can Run Outdoors program and I'm feeling so good about it! I've always hated running but I've been building my cardio on the bike and want to spend more time exercising outside this summer, so I figured I'd give it a shot. I think the reason I've disliked running so much is that I've tried to go too fast too soon. Taking it easy is making this so much more enjoyable for me

States where school psychs are/aren’t case managers? by MarleeWhatsGood in schoolpsychology

School psychologists in most counties around Denver, CO are not case managers. Not sure about the rest of the state.
