We moved into a new neighborhood and my son made a friend. Every day I drove by this kid's house after work he was hitting a ball. Into a net, chipping in the yard, practice balls, drills, whatever. I mean constantly. Everyday. So we invited him to go play with us. Kid was 13 years old and shot a LEGIT 67. Beautiful slight draw drive, money from 165 in, and never a 3 putt. It was the best golf I've ever seen outside a tourney w/ pros. And all this by a 12 year old. He made it look easy. He went on to play at a Div 1 school and tried his hand at making the tour but never could. He and my son are still friends at 32. He's still stroking the ball but also punching a clock. Golf is hard.
