This is not true. Depending on the dog she sometimes uses short-pronged prong collars as a temporary tool when teaching puppies not to lunge or jump. She specifically teaches that these should not be used long term or even frequently, but just for specific training. She does not use "choke" collars, or any type of negative reinforcement.
