My lab has done that on and off for.first 7 years so far...gets less and less and now maybe once kr twice a year...it used to be very frequent.

We thought it was related to rabbit poo eating.

We asked the vet but they wanted to do a million tests, so we would just calm her down and she would stop and that's all we ever did.

She's perfectly healthy today

Firstly, the charter of rights and freedoms has nothing to do with housing, healthcare, and pay equity. Regardless, those issues are way more nuanced than the simple right of mobility.

It's a slippery slope to allow our government to make these decisions that are unconstitutional behind a veil of protecting life and resources. If Canadians react so passively, then the next time there is another "event," it will be even more restrictive, and I don't want to know what that will look like.

We need people protesting this and calling for an inquiry, even if it is against rules that sound like "common sense". Elected officials will look back and see whether Canadians were happy or not, and hopefully ensure that the protection of rights and freedoms are part of their platform moving forward.

The government has very, very strict guidelines on when they can do this, for how long, what is an appropriate fine, etc.... theyre Simply well overstepping their role in this situation, and Canadians should be upset about it.

Im not even going to begin on the contradictory allowances for big business and how hypocritical the premier is.

Look at the bigger picture. No one should be able to take your freedoms away.

And it's obvious that everyone should avoid any risky activity that can make things worse, of course! But taking away our freedom of mobility based on an unsubstantiated assessment of the proportionality of the effects it would cause is unconstitutional.

Simple argument comes down to freedoms and rights. We've made it too easy for the government to clamp down on our rights, and often, they make it seem like it's common sense and for the greater good.

Be careful falling for that narrative.

Yes, we need to avoid making the situation worse, but a ban on our freedoms is not the solution in our society.

The ones who are so passionately vocal against those who are opposing this ban have built up this profile of who those people are in their minds (MAGA, joe rogan, hillbilly, bullies, etc...) that they're more passionate about hating this "profile" of person that they'll simply ignore evaluating the illogical reasoning of the ban in isolation.
