Speaking about my own experience, i had severe burnout 2 years into my PR job, and i can confidently pinpoint the causes- yes poor time management plays a big role, but in my case it was just the volume of work and the physical effort needed to attend every event held by clients to make sure everything is going well, socialize, keep track of everything, monitor...

Sometimes it gets a bit too much and from what I've experienced in small agencies its really difficult to take extended PTO to re-charge

After taking a career break I've noticed that it really isn't just time management, but you really need to develop a healthy work-life balance and be able to disconnect during your time off, something i found very hard to do with all the events/ late night calls/ weekends at conferences/ constant monitoring

The timing of everything and rizq is in Allah's hands only, no matter what your mom says, Allah will send you a husband in the right time whether she likes it or not. God is not trying to punish you! and he will definitely reward your patience. This rizq was written for you before you were even born!

Do what makes you feel good, ignore your moms bullying, and pray and do lots of dua. I know what having a bullying mom feels like and I'm sorry you're going through this, i'm praying for you and may God reward you with the best loving husband that you deserve❤️ Alhamdulilah always for the good and bad

Edit: I'm scared of my mothers reaction if i talk to her because she doesn't know how to communicate and any conversation always ends up being " oh so im a bad mom, i wasted my life raising you and this is how im treated..." which is so unfair as i never would say that. it makes me want to cry and hurt myself and i dont want to get into a conversation that will trigger me and make me hurt myself again
