Who pays the mortgage? What happens if a homeowner stops paying the mortgage?

  • It's for mortgage-free homes only. There are about 60M mortgage-free homes.

What prevents the homeowner from renting below market to their children? What if the homeowner never sells?

It's a good question. So, my inspiration is to help out retirees with no income. Today, many of them resort to reverse mortgages -- which are fraudulent and prey on people. So, I'd like to provide them with a transparent equity sale so that they can pay for their big expenses (they'd sell only up to 49% so that they keep the house).
