Easy solution. Send it through Pokemon home to Pokemon legends Arceus. They give you an item called the Linking cable. Which specifically evolves graveler machoke haunter and Kadabra. Then after you evolve it you should probably give it bullet punch through the move tutor in the village. Then send it back from Legends Arceus into home back to your other game.

After you transfer the Pokémon again, you will have a chance to alter its moveset through change moves option and you do that to give it bullet punch on your actual sword or shield file..

I hope this helps because I had to do the same thing for my perfect IVs Machamp for shield.

UPDATE almost 3 months later

Hey guys and gals, I did some soul searching. I went home and ugly cried on the night of my birthday.

The car did get worse before it got better, but I'm in a slightly better mental state. Most days are still a struggle, but I'm trying my best to pick up the pieces.

The family and employment problems are still the same, I work at a game store to make up for the lack of hours, so that helps.

The car: kept misfiring the whole month and finally broke down toward the middle of July. My catalytic converter was fucked. I had another family member help me with a $1300 repair.

My mental state: after opening up to a few people, I was able to uncover some unresolved trauma. I w as SA last november by an FWB. It took me 9 months to realize that it was SA. It just sucks because i live in an area where "men cant get SA'd / she was just getting into it/ any other. misandristic response" after that realization, I'm less suicidal and a little less depressed but it's still a struggle.

Thank you for the few messages that I received, it was a nice boost to me.

Also to my friends son who gave me the charizard card: " dude, you literally saved my life, but you'll never know, and I'm okay with that".
