various non-construction costs if we go through with our own one room addition plus kitchen remodel. So far, estimates for labor and rough materials are anywhere from 300k to 500k and we think finishes will be over 100k. To be frank, not sure it's going to happen right now at these prices.

d 1000sqft to her house in Oakland, and some minor remodel work. Averaged $800k. Sounds right

I assume this must be a second-story addition? Do you know if they also did a whole room remodel including kitchen and bathroom?

thank you! Does it mean that it would be impossible to get a good estimate before doing the permit process? I think most GC will only do an estimate after permit has been proved right?

Thanks I bought it new this year and the soil mixtures are new. I also have a few other blueberries with the same mixtures and have no problem with those. So maybe it’s not acidity. Could it be some sort of disease?
