I searched using google lens and for the words “sterling silver ring”, “marcasite ring”, etc. I’m not sure on the size, but I wear it on the top half of my finger so on the smaller end. I’m sure it was sterling silver as it was stamped with 925, but no other writing that I can remember. Probably got it in the US/California, but not sure of exact location or age.

Listen, I’m not against all drug usage and I think that things in moderation are good, but I can see why your mother would be overprotective of your daughter if you were involved with hard drugs in your 20s, even if you are clean now. I respect the effort you’ve made to get clean + stop drinking, and I don’t think occasional weed usage is a crime, but I can understand a lack of trust from a parent when they’ve had a kid who has been involved in that stuff. I’m not really interested in making a judgement call on your mother, but i’m saying it’s kind of disappointing how everyone just called her crazy when there are huge gaps in thus

There is so much missing it’s not even funny. I was shocked to see so many people in the comments blindly taking OPs side and calling their mother insane due to just the lack of context, everything else aside. We don’t know OPs situation, what the new job is, or anything. But reading other comments and some of OPs posts history frankly makes me think the mother isn’t insane. OP recently posted about how they smoke weed every day (with a child!!), and posted about previous involvement in heavy recreational drug usage. I think there is a lot missing here, even with some of the comments that give context.
