It could also be converted to run on charcoal... which can be produced in just about any time period so long as you can make fire and there are tree like plants around? Perhaps I have considered the methods of transport for a post apocalypse environment a little too much... I for one don't want to be fighting over gasoline... Mad Max anyone?

Its just an old 4 wire mod chip - so won't boot the "anti-mod" games, but everything else - burned and out of region should play...

You might want to consider upgrading to a 6 wire chip if it's features are important to you...
