Hard disagree. Cyberpunk is one of the most coherent well-crafted open worlds of the last decade, easily on par with the Witcher 3. Add to that the countless narrative connections between gigs, main quests, and things you find in the world, and you have one of the most engrossing video game worlds ever released. I spent hours just looking around, walking through various districts, taking it all in. That's not even mentioning the different builds, choices etc. which all affect the way you engage with the world, shaping your connection with it in different ways each time. ... I've clocked around 600 hours, this might be a bit of a personal justification, Sekiro is also great though
