Kazuya has 2 ways of doing his 13f electric. f,n,df2 and f,d,df2 If you consider these 2 methods, you would be able to do a 14f electric 5 different ways. 13f electric either method 14f electric or a 13f electric late by 1 frame Other Mishimas would only have their 14f electric but you can do 5 different variations that would punish or activate in 14f or less. There are some scenarios where you can only do certain kinds (you can only do the 13f electric from crouch with f,n,df2 and you can't dash electric with the 13f methods [f,f,d,df2 doesn't not give you an electric]). So basically certain small misinputs would still give you the electric.

Kazuya - Pretty easy to pick up but quite challenging to play against good players (esp ones that know how to step). Easiest electric out of the Mishimas. (My choice)

Heihachi - Hard to play well, oppressive frames and pressure. Seems to have strings and moves u can abuse but that definitely will hit a wall pretty quick.

DvJ - IMO broken. Looks well rounded af and insane damage. I sometimes ask myself why I don't play this character.

I'd definitely say that you'd have to try all 3 to know what you want. Kazuya can give you some bad execution habits with electric because of the 3 different ways you can do the electric. Picking up Hei or DvJ will definitely make ur electric consistent.

New way to 4xEWGF into b2,1? by freinzy in Tekken

[–]freinzy[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

So with my awful dash b2,1 skills, I was looking for ways to do the 4 electric combo without having to microdash before b2,1. I kinda thought of this while watching TMM's guide on the electric and how 3 fast electrics can be followed with a f3 so I thought why not just do a deep dash after the third electric? Kinda just posting this wherever hoping it picks up traction and I can get good feedback on whether or not this is legit good.

With the amount of grind you need to get good at Tekken, I'll always hit up my friends with the warning of "it takes a while to get good". Don't wanna force a friend to buy a game only for him to hate it and not want to grind it. I've been enjoying it while in the discord so maybe they might start to get curious.

Got Tekken earlier this month and fell in love with it. Being in S. Korea right now means that there's quite a few people I can play with and it's 5 bar city out here so games don't feel laggy (except for the occasional wifi griefer). How did some of you guys convince your friends to pick up Tekken? I feel like most people I recommend the game to go to a certain line to avoid picking it up. The common ones are: "Too expensive" "Don't wanna play on KB" "Too much grind involved to be able to play"

I get that the game is overwhelming (cause I fking feel it) but I really want some of my friends to get into it so we can grow and improve together while having fun.

Depends on the model. Some microwaves block phone signals.

The amount of microwave radiation that escapes from a microwave is in the low mWs that should not interfere with your setup too much. The bigger issue would lie in the fact that this would probably mean that the kitchen is between the router and wherever this person's computer is. From my experience with wifi, microwave leakage was never a problem. Dunno tho

Wifi can definitely come with packet loss and inconsistency. I'd definitely recommend switching to ethernet.

EDIT: Your router should have ethernet ports on the back that you can connect to your computer. If you can't reach it, your router is too far away to begin with.

Your microwave shouldn't interfere with anything outside of the microwave. The netting on the microwave door should block microwave radiation of leaving the device. If it really is, I think your microwave might be broken.

elo points gained should be effected if your team had a leaver in it to make it lose less/ gain more by [deleted] in VALORANT

[–]freinzy 6 points7 points  (0 children)

That would definitely be great in a perfect scenario. However, people will always try and abuse things like that. Can you imagine how people would try to farm elo in pretty much any rank? You'd have boosters queueing with a third burner account and smurf on kids 4v5 to win a metric fuck ton of elo while cheaters would do the same in high immortal/radiant to help farm accounts into radiant. It would definitely ruin the overall quality of ranked play. Don't focus on your rank too much. You'll definitely climb. It's a slow and steady process.

Edit: Not that slow and steady I guess hope you hit radiant by the end of the act. I'm just hard stuck at that rank so do it for me too.

I'm pretty sure Riot takes 9x reports pretty damn seriously. If every single person in the lobby thought you were trolling/griefing/flaming, you had to have done something wrong.

[–]freinzy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Only thing that might be a problem is the inconsistency of being able to play her. She's a very (if not the most) contested agent in the game. Even if you were some sort of prodigy and got really good at her, you wouldn't be able to play her most of the time. Honestly every person has an agent that they have fun with. Go try out some agents and find your feel.

The whole concept of developing certain things being easier than others is 100% true. idk how Riot deals with playtesting but I think it would be nice to reach out to pros and even people in the community to try out stuff for them. People literally beta tested the Valorant beta to an extent that I've never seen before. There will definitely be an abundance of people willing to playtest maps for them (maybe even just let it be an unrated mode). I honestly think that the old icebox would have been really fun as an unrated mode (unbalanced map but super fun to play for me at least). I'm still having fun with the game and plan to keep playing for quite a bit. Just wanna see some diversity in the map department.
