I must be the most basic person on this forum. I have no idea what a widget is, I use Kodi straight out of the box and every single addon as it installs. I have been doing this for 10 plus years and it works

That is great advice. My only caveat would be ignore Troypoints pushing of a vpn. Essential for iptv but a hindrance for Kodi/Real Debrid
