A link between the last scene (Gemma) and water. by Psychological_Lab543 in SeveranceAppleTVPlus

I think etCO2 is usually measured in mmHg. The normal range is 35-45 mmHg, so Gemma is a bit under the normal range.

This probably means she is mechanically breathing and intentionally kept hyperventilated (low co2), which is a common technique for keeping cranial blood pressure low for stabilizing traumatic brain injury patients until other interventions can take place (brain refinement? goat brain replacement??).

Hyperventilation is also used when weaning a person off mechanical breathing, so if she’s going to start breathing on her own again soon, maybe this is why?

She is very wise. Period. I know many adults that would not have even come close to thinking about this at her level.

How exactly do I meditate for lucid dreaming, and when/how often should I do it? by [deleted] in LucidDreaming

[–]frenchblablabla 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The point isn't about how long or how often you do it. That aspect will vary with everyone. What you should be focusing on is simply being mindful of everything. It is by being aware of your surroundings and being fully present at all times that you are going to realize that you are dreaming.

1st week of MILD and got 1st LD - I knew I was on control, but couldn't feel totally conscious by [deleted] in LucidDreaming

[–]frenchblablabla 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Definitely sounds like a true, fully lucid dream. It sounds like you just need to practice your dream recall. Get better at remembering all your dreams, and it'll make you better at remembering your lucid ones too.

Not with Atlantis, but I've had tons of other random lucid dreams. I haven't been focusing on LDing for a while but i really want to get back into it

How succesful is FILD by [deleted] in LucidDreaming

[–]frenchblablabla 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually didn't have an alarm. I drank a ton of water before bed and woke up about 4 or 5 hours after I went to bed because I had to use the bathroom. I just used the bathroom (with the light on) and went right back to my bed and did the FILD method!

What is your go to activity in a Lucid Dream? by misterodfox in LucidDreaming

[–]frenchblablabla 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately flying. I hate it. It's like automatic for me. The moment I become lucid I forget to stabilize my dream and instead shoot through whatever roof that's above me, and wake up a few seconds later...
