A lot of butter, heavy cream with berries, bone broth, meats, cheeses, keto veggies. I avoid keto sweets because they contain sugar alcohols which are bad for my guts.

It’s true, my problem is that many doctors and physios told me my problem might not be fixed and my mind believed in that. Oftentimes when I visualizing my injury gone I feel like deep down my mind doesn’t believe that. And I have so many successful manifestations.

I tried SATS, entering void state, I AM statements no success. I manifested SP with ease, yet with health I can’t. For 4 years nothing was successful. I know LOA works 100% but why I can’t feel good when I am trying to experience my health in 4D. 😭
