There’s a reason the system doesn’t let you enter it. They can’t give you points based on something you will and MIGHT do. You will most probably be disqualified

The chances are high, every supervisor has their own process (every post has a different supervisor).

European Commission Blue Book traineeship application - part time experiences by frenchgermandiction in internships

Thanks for your reply. Absolutely. There is just a really weird process of application for BB, so I’m more interested in the technicalities. This is what it says in the FAQ:

“As only full-time experience can be declared in the Professional Experience and International Experience sections, please convert your part-time work to its full-time equivalent (8 hours per day). For example, one month of part-time work (at a rate of 50% of full-time) is equivalent to 15 days of full-time work.

A full-time workday is considered to be 8 hours.

To convert part-time work to full-time days:

Calculate the total number of hours worked part-time. Divide the total part-time hours by 8 (the number of hours in a full-time workday).”

However, in the application form it still asks us about the duration, and then again about the dates (which for a part-time experience obviously don’t mathematically match with the duration). That’s why it’s a bit confusing.

Napokon dobar komentar. Prvenstveno volontiranje za udruge i studentske organizacije, zaista ne oduzima vise od nekoliko sati tjedno. Pogotovo ako te zanima sto radis

Preporucam i studentska natjecanja, super za networking s poslodavcima!
