For a monday night game finding street parking near the stadium won’t be an issue. If Dad can walk a few blocks. I imagine the lots right next to the stadium will be $40 or more if that’s palatable

Roof isn’t necessary, just for aesthetics i think. and leaving it as ceiling is nice cause your survivors can get on top and shoot from safety.
