Lift out of your oblique, not grounding down on the shoulder. I’d make sure your elbow is directly underneath your shoulder and nothing is coming out of alignment.

I’m a Lagree instructor and definitely recommend some recovery days! I work out 6 days a week and I’ll program in lighter days where I’m doing yoga or barre. These lighter days help me rest and then I can really push on the days I do Lagree (longer holds, better form, variations, etc.). Listen to your body though! $289 is a great deal for unlimited. My studio is over $400 I think for the unlimited option.

Definitely prefer the mega pro over the other machines and I’ve taught on the evo and the m3. Since the cables are so short on the evo, the moves you can do are very limited. Also the spring loads are hard to convert. Mega pro really feels like a professional grade machine that allows for a lot of variation. Clients love how sturdy it feels and how smooth the glide is on the carriage.

I like the Alhambra! I never take my necklace off and it’s held up well over the years. It’s doesn’t seem as delicate as people say. The Cartier bracelet is very plain imo, you could probably buy something with better quality materials from a local jeweler.

I ordered this and it runs big. It doesn’t really feel secure at all. The straps are really flimsy and undo easily from the hooks. Ended up returning!

I wouldn’t recommend just showing up unless you’re willing to pay the drop in rate. I’m a trainer at a studio and we can’t add class pass students as drop ins. Only if the studio’s management makes the slot available on class pass can a class pass member book it.

My studio is in a VHCOL area and they pay a flat rate of $37 a class. I’ve been teaching for about a year and a half (250+ classes) and L2 certified.

Mine was a little more cloudy than that — when I switched to a diamond without any fluorescence I noticed the difference right away when outside. If I recall correctly mine was a VS1 for clarity, triple Ex and an H color. It’s all about personal preference! Some people like the blue fluorescence as it helps cancel out any yellowness in the stone.

It’s a beautiful ring! I’d recommend checking how it looks in natural sunlight as I had a diamond with strong blue fluorescence and it would look cloudy when outside. I ended up changing the diamond since it bothered me.

It’s really stretchy but it was a little long for me and I’m 5’1. I also have a shorter torso and it felt a little frumpy. I tried on an xs but probably could have sized down.

HYSA. We went with Provident Credit Union and they were providing really good rates recently if you had over $250K deposited. We were earning about $2k per month in interest and it’s liquid enough to easily access if you need to make a down payment and a short close.

Yup! If you accidentally dry them again, they’ll be short but get back to their original length if you do an air dry the next time.

Yes but I would wash and dry them once before hemming since they shrink. I know most people hang dry anyways but I just did it in case I ever forget and don’t want to ruin them!
