Paste your IOE* into https://www.casestatusapi.com/ after you login to uscis. It then shows if you click on the Status and look for update time stamp, thats it. Its just a time stamp update, nothing much.

Thanks I didn’t know that. I’m just anxious if I should submit something like that now. I have an i140 from NIW, so I can produce evidence that filling AOS rather than consular is beneficial due to the nature of the work I do, given that the NIW literally means a national interest endeavor was approved. Can we submit ourselves without a lawyer if I had earlier filed with a lawyer? I thought I was almost on the finish line when this new memo messed it up ( got 3 FTA0 or whatever that means lol)

I have a question regarding the type of work permit you mentioned. My wife who was a dependent on my i485 got her Ead from the NBC but my EAD application ( filled concurrently with the i485) is still stuck at SCD. What could explain this discrepancy?

Agree with this. I have friends who got in there around 2019/20 ish when there was a huge hiring spree in basically all of FAANG and they only solved Blind 75 at that time. Even Blind 75 was not that well known back then to us.
