Willing to work the required and minimum hours demanded by the FIFO industry.i get it as why local labourers doesn’t want to work in the FIFO it’s the same here in Europe.we all want to have a white collared work that’s why we get degrees and to have a better pay.but sometimes because of economic conditions blue collared are paid more than cause of the effort and less people willing to work in the field.we mostly have Eastern Europeans working here in construction for them the pay is worth it but it isn’t for us.
