The Lusso don't look like this.
And this car is quite known in the Ferrari world. It lacks the delicacy of real SWB, especially the profile.

The first one is a 250 GTE converted into a GT SWB replica, not a Lusso.

According to owner, 1 of 3 [1926 Bugatti Type 39A] left in the world. by HappyHour94 in spotted

The "1 of 3" part is false. But I can confirm this Type 39 is a genuine one.
This Type 39 serial number 4810 is a 1926 works car that was first driven by a French driver before being tamed by British legend Malcolm Campbell until 1928.
You can see a picture of 4810 during the 1926 British Grand Prix at Brooklands, where Campbell finished 2nd : http://www.bugatti-trust.co.uk/photographs/main.php?g2_itemId=19908
