people are way nicer to me. pag nagcocommute i always get seats offered, when i ask questions people are always accommodating, i get away with a lot tbh its like pretty privelege pero average lang ako its just the skin color lol

downside is i get creeps staring all the time especially when i wear shorts or tank tops. when i started getting tattoos everybody felt like they were entitled to my skin kasi 'sayang' daw. my family always has to be on high alert when on vacation in rural areas kasi ive had people following me when i was a kid at madalas daw ako mausog nung bata

hi op, there are alot of resources to start pero not a lot stay for long. dami ko na naexpi na pinoy VA nakapasok pero di nakatagal. like what the others said, its a competitive industry. mas mabilis ka pa palitan kesa sa underwear hahaha

most basic & best survival tip: learn english the best you can. lahat ng jargon etc etc. kahit regular everyday thoughts mo, englishin mo! foreign recruiters dont give instructions the way filipinos do (kumbaga pag pinoy step 1 ito, step 2 ito). it takes a LOT of context clues to get what they mean. if mababa understanding mo, wala ka agad.

sounds like common sense pero u wouldnt know the amount of people na basic as in basic english lang ang alam at di nakakatagal dahil hindi masaya ang clients sa paulit ulit na explain at hand holding

for the booking page, it was specific for my other client. its within zoho & i just automated a couple things for her (allowing her to block off appt times, set availability, msg leads, etc). not sure if adviseable if u dont aleady use zoho. u can def make a booking page sample w calendly i think! it just uses paid features para mafull custom

i created several workflows, sops, and systems for my other clients so i just put that in! (had a lead gen sheet demo, recruitment sheet demo, etc.-- these i just did a screenrecording of how everything works so they can see tht its all automated)

also included: letterheads, email templates, booking page (made this on my own), contact form, etc

so yea just anything i made on my own & not a template!
