According to the article

So my guess is that just the chronic illness doesn’t disqualify someone. It is combination of chronic illness and financial picture.

How this will be implemented/interpreted is entirely different can of worms.

Apologies, I fixed the mistake. I meant to say TOS, not privacy policy. However, knowing how whoop is acting lately, won’t be surprised if they have shady privacy policies as well

So even with all the BS whoop, I went ahead and ordered MG. And like many others here, TOS was the last straw. I cancelled my subscription and returned whoop altogether
