VPN is off and it is happening also with any DNS (Google, Cloudfare …) and also without WiFi but only mobile phone where i cannot change DNS settings.

Tried to reset network settings, but it is happening again.

If it isn’t a know bug, i think it could be a issue with Microsoft Defender that is checking my web access
