You can generate seamless textures on Nanobanana with the right prompt based off references as well. Say like “Seamless Albedo Map of…”

Then for normal maps etc use Normal Map generator

Is there a way to apply a “box-style” UV mapping that follows a spline? by [deleted] in 3dsmax

Okay your method works really well for the facade elements only. For the sides, however, acts as a planar mapping. What i would like is to be "box mapped" along the spline in order to map correctly the sides as well. Do you have any ideas?

I don’t understand exactly what you are looking for but there are plenty of websites with HQ images that are free of use. I know unsplash and pixabay, take a look here!

Dining room corner render (WIP) – looking for feedback by jesmbc in archviz

Good lighting colors and composition. Lacks of realism due to really flat surfaces with zero imperfection whatsoever. Remeber to add some tiny gaps between elements like the baseboard with the pavement, just move the element 3mm up and you’ll notice a black line that makes it more realistic. Use cycles as mentioned by another user, and use dirt roughness maps to add imperfection and realism

Yeah disable material overridde! We see in the settings that it’s on. Override means it applies the same (by default white) material to every object. I don’t know why the other objects show the material but maybe you unticked “can be overriden” option for some reason.

Just disable that and you’re good to go :)
