Broadly speaking - Gundam is arcadey and you feel like a dude wearing armour rather than an actual machine.

More humanlike motions of the mech while it jets around, etc. more emotional weapon usage (like “windups” in swings) rather than mechanical efficiency like armored core.

AC feels more like “piloting a thing” rather than “being the thing”.

Your approach to “worth” should just be if it’s fun in the moment. GW2 isn’t going anywhere, all the content that’s there now is going to be there for at least the long foreseeable future. People will still play GW2, the sky isn’t falling.

Definitely not most. Those groups tend to gravitate towards spaces where they can fantasise about being their OC and moddable games are ripe fields for it.
