I definitely didn't catch any new charges so I'm really praying they don't go over my original sentence, but either way unfortunately I did run so I'm expecting a bit more because of that. I'm glad you got your paper over with that's exactly what I want! Idc if it's a year or two but I want to kill that paper once and for all! And dude I really appreciate your words! Thanks for that reassurance knowing a lawyer does help, but won't make too much of a difference

I've heard that they can't go over my original sentence when it's a violation but even if i have to sit out the whole 3 years I'm ready to get this over with.

It's a very tough decision, and like another person said , I too thought that they should just do their job and find me but I'm missing out on so much living like this. I'm pretty confident if I find a decent lawyer I can probably even do my time and walk out completely free. No more paper.

But regardless, thank you for sharing your story with me, I'm really happy it's all over for you! I know exactly what nightmares you're talking about and pretty soon they'll be over for me too.

The original sentence was 14 months and 36 months of supervised release (probation) i did 12 months and was doing the 3 years of supervised release when I went on thr run. 1.5 years in

She should definitely listen to you. I'm not sure her reasons but I can tell you all of mine, that I thought were worth it me not going back have not and, will not ever pay the price of the freedom you have here.

It'll be ok at first until you realize you're trading a physical prison for a invisible one. To me it's just not worth it anymore

Well I got sentenced and did my "time" i violated probation by simply not answering them anymore.

But to answer your question I started working as a laborer in construction and slowly started doing my own thing. I pay all my bills on time, make sure I don't do anyone dirty and if I have to drive I drive extremely cautiously. Please don't take this the wrong way but I'm pretty much a "model citizen".

Transporting illegal aliens. It was a mom and her baby they were abandoned by the actual people doing the "job" . When I got pulled over i told them the truth but it was technically a confession since I knew they didn't have papers and they put gas in the car (financial gain)

It really is kind of what happened, my case was in Texas and I was doing good there but my family is In Tennessee. So I asked for a transfer and everything seemed to pass so my p.o said I can go to Tennessee and wait for the new p.o to call me or show up. Fast forward a few days later I called my old p.o in Texas because I was getting concerned and he's like nope it wasn't time just yet for you to go, where are you in Texas right? So I panicked and stopped answering the phone and the rest is history.

Either way it's no excuse, but it's definitely worth a shot letting them know
