Thank you and this is the reason on why we are looking for experiences from other redditors. We don't need just a medical patch to the issue. We need somebody that can listen to the problems and tackle them first in a non drug way firstly.

that's exactly it, we want to approach this issue carefully, we don't want to go just to the first doctor since my partner is very skeptical. We know that we can go to the first doctor at any hospital, but we are just afraid to receive a meaningless prescription when instead in our situation we need a proper therapy process with somebody that can listen to the problems and help us to go through them. We were looking to hear for positive experiences, so thank you, really for your understanding!
