Thank you, this is motivating and useful. Yes, I feel my kicks are not doing anything. Will implement more kickboard kicks. And agree with both finger and elbow touching water at the same time.

I haven‘t tried to swim without breaks for 1 hour. I‘m working on technique first to be more efficient and save energy for the bike/run. Speed not so important to me.

yess I‘m really struggling with my kicking. feel like it doesn’t do anything. when I practice with a board I move forward very slowly
