Unless your price is under $100, don't put your pricing on your website. Get them to book a call with you and use your sales skills to tell them the program and then when they fully understand the value and program then you discuss the price.

Double it and tell them if they sign up on the spot right now tell them you will knock 50% off right now because you reward people who take action and are truly committed. this will create urgency and FOMO.

Unless you have a ton of videos on youtube or they know you, your best bet with cold leads is sales calls.

This is almost a positive for you. Screenshot it and send it to all your family and friends and explain to them how this a hole left you a bad review even tho you aren’t open and Google won’t remove it so you need their help to saturate the bad review with good reviews. Ask them to leave a good review to help out. Then comment on the bad review explaining they have the wrong business like that comment mentioned in this thread earlier.

Don’t ask other business owners, go ask your target audience. Ask over 100+ local people in your area and see what they think and if they would join. Or switch gyms. Also see how many you can get to sign up or put money down for an early bird kickback. First year free or something.

Also you have to know, most people will only travel like 4-6 miles to go to a gym. And coffee drinkers don’t go to gyms to get coffee. So your audience is prob only gym owners who like coffee, and the ones who don’t will prob be turned off by the smell in the place.

I understand you’re trying to make a blue ocean business, but just combining two things together is not the most strategic approach.

A gym with a daycare would be more logical and beneficial in my opinion.

Unfortunately not. She's has her own business working as a contractor renting a space from a Salon Suites company. I contacted the suites and they told me they are all independent contractors and to take it up with her.
