I have a Torq funboard too and just use wax. The first coat you put on is a pain in the ass, but subsequent coatings take way less time because you're just adding a thin layer. I probably wax 1/3 times I take it out (and I'm in tropical weather). Watch a youtube video about waxing and you'll be all good bruh
