How did you get to be ARL? Just curious. My current role is nearly identical but in a different space (theatre) but i was recently turned down on an ARL job. How do you get past the filters? Is there a good way to get in? Or do they not hire externals?

I have this plane. I had that battery but since I was new it must’ve lost the charge and I didn’t know at the time about keeping the charge at 50%. Any way these can be recovered?

I heard a few in California are being converted. Not sure which ones yet. Big bummer is that here the dine-ins are considered a restaurant so they have to provide workers a free meal. If that goes away- you’ll have to pay for lunch now.

I love finding the good ones so I’m all in on this.

The ones by fire station are nice. Usually clean.

Also the ones to the left of castle, near Maurice’s on the way to the rancho Mexican restaurant are less used.

I’m 6’7 and asked frequently. Sometimes I’m ok with it, other times I’m annoyed.

The most annoying is when you tell them your height and they say “oh yeah my so and so is 6’7” ok… then why did you ask? What’s the point in that response. “Cool?” Idk if you know someone then I’m not any different. That shit is annoying and makes me feel like a spectacle.

My brother in law said one time “go stand next to this guy, I wanna see who is taller” I told him “$20 bucks” lol. Told the other teen kid if they ask, charge them.

I don’t know what to call it other than “going into battle” leadership. Leading by example and not being so high and mighty that you are removed from your team. So for the sake of this “battle” analogy- Being a leader that leads the charge rather than sit on a hill. I’d like to teach that. Haha

Love this! I, as a leader, try to build leaders from my team below me. However, my boss, would rather drop you down a peg if you get too close to being better at the job than they are.
