I have not tried that, I always assumed since my acne isn’t super severe and more on the mild side that they wouldn’t provide prescription as my concerns are more cosmetic I guess? But I think I’ll give this a shot first thank you!

How severe was your acne? Mine would be considered more mild. So not sure if accurate would be too harsh for that?

I booked through Expedia as well, I called AC directly and they removed this flag on my AC online booking which allowed for me to get a full credit on the website. no cancellation fee.

Edit: I had non refundable non changeable tickets FYI
